Facing increasingly fierce market competition, especially since our company formally stepped into the nuclear power business and became a“nuclear-grade”qualified fasteners  enterprise in China in 2009, we have put in more and more efforts to improve our management, technology and innovation with higher standard.

 

First, open mind to explore markets both domestic and abroad. It is necessary to further strengthen the awareness of market competition, form a professional marketing team, strengthen the spirit of teamwork and hard work, and adapt to the factors of market diversification so that to win market competition.  

 

Second, strengthen the construction of both hardware and software of our company.For the hardware, we will Increase the construction of fixed assets, and increase advanced equipment to meet the company's market requirements in the newly-built standardized products, enhance our company's production competitiveness, reduce labor intensity and production costs, and increase production efficiency. As for the software, we will strengthen training of employees, designate annual training plans, train operators of various process operators and special types of workers, and make reasonable arrangements for sending out training and external experts to give lectures. Enhance employees' operational skills and business knowledge, enhance employees' quality awareness, better serve the high-end fasteners market, and pave way for sound implementation of business goals.

 

Third, strengthen investment and construction of automation software to standardize enterprise management. We will accumulate the experience and technology data learned from previous years to help the software construction team to improve ERP software system more suitable for the company's production management ,which have already provided a high platform for standardized, rational, and well organized production management ,laid a solid foundation for the follow-up steady development.
